From the moment I called to get a quotes, I received a pleasant person by the name of Jenni, who had great customer service and very personable. We rented a Mercedes Sprinter to surprise my sister for her Birthday and ride in style to NY with several of our friends. The bus was super clean too. Our driver was also friendly, punctual and great. We had a blast and would definitely recommend using their services again.
